Dental Award for Buckden Dental Clinic

Latest News

GOLD TOOTH: A Huntingdonshire dentist has been recognised by the British Dental Association (BDA) for a decade of high standards. Buckden Dental Clinic, in Huntingdon Street, St Neots, was awarded gold membership to the BDA’s Good Practice Scheme for maintaining membership for 10 years.

The achievement was recognised at the British Dental Conference and Exhibition last month where 200 dental practices celebrated reaching the gold standard. Barry McGonigle, president of the BDA, said: “A practice’s membership of the BDA’s Gold Practice Scheme demonstrates its commitment to high standards and recognises the efforts of its whole team to work together to achieve excellence and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.”

Principal dentist at Buckden Dental Clinic, Dr Georgina O’Callaghan, said she was proud that the practice had been able to maintain these standards for so long. She said: “Buckden Dental Clinic has been recognised by the BDA since 2002 as committed to good practice and has been a member of its Good Practice Scheme. This means that the practice meets nationally recognised standards to provide the best possible care for its patients.” • Pictured: The Buckden Dental Clinic team with principal dentist Dr Georgina O’Callaghan at the front.
